Our Exercise Physiologists specialise in home based aged care and disability support. Full Circle Wellness has some of the best mobile exercise physiologists from Brisbane to Gympie, providing exercise physiology home visits throughout the Sunshine Coast.

We work with many home care organisations throughout the Sunshine Coast and provide thorough and specific therapy, dependent on your situation and funding restrictions.

We service Caloundra to Noosa on the Sunshine Coast and Gympie to Rainbow Beach on the Cooloola Coast. We also offer home visits in Brisbane from our Alexandra Hills clinic.

We also offer mobile Dietetics services in some areas.

You can also have an exercise physiology appointment online through Teleheath. We will create a customised online exercise plan using Physiapp - the world's best online exercise service.

Who is Eligible?

Anyone can book a home visit! There are usually no additional fees for a home visit, and you may be eligible for funding through the following:

  • Home Care Packages (HCP), Short Term Restorative Care (STRC) or Commonwealth Home Support Programmes (CHSP)

  • Bulk billed for eligible referrals - speak to your GP

  • Rebates are also available through most private health funds. Check with your provider to see if you are eligible.

  • National Disability Insurance Scheme

  • Department of Veteran Affairs
