POSITION: Full Medical Receptionist – Allied Health Sunshine Coast

A full-time Receptionist position will become available at our Allied Health clinic in Dicky Beach in 2025.

Full Circle Wellness is a health and rehabilitation company with clinics located in Warana, Dicky Beach, Gympie, Noosa & Tin Can Bay, Queensland. The clinics have been established with an emphasis on providing quality and integrated services for better health. We provide clinic, in home, community and facility-based services throughout these areas.

The focus at our Dicky Beach location lies in Exercise Physiology, Dietetics and remedial massage with a loyal client base and passionate practitioners. The clinic is an established business of 12 years, owned and managed by experienced Exercise Physiologists. We like to work together in a supportive way to get the best outcome for our great clients, as well as continuing to develop professional skills and have fun along the way!

We're looking for someone with a passion for health and people, and a friendly and enthusiastic nature. You should be able to take on responsibilities and work harmoniously in a team environment.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Greet new and recurring clients and handle queries

• Handle incoming calls and queries via email

• Coordinate the efficient booking of patients with various practitioners using the clinic’s booking system

• Process payments and rebates

• Contribute to the smooth running of the clinic

• Make the space feel welcoming to clients

• Small administrative tasks

Experience as a receptionist in an allied health environment or as a medical receptionist is preferred but not mandatory. We also encourage university students studying within health, medicine or applied sciences to apply for a part or full time role.
